Minimum Delivery Fee:
• $20 anywhere in Philadelphia County.
• $30 anywhere in Delaware County.
• $40 anywhere in Montgomery County.
• $50 anywhere in Bucks County.

Weekend Delivery Fee:
• 50% extra on top of the Minimum Delivery Fee.

Rush Delivery Fee:
• $0; Black Lightning delivers every order fast as lightning.

Cancellation Fee:
• A full refund minus $15. If you cancel your order after I am on my way to the destination, or I need to cancel your order once I get to the destination because your package weighs more than 10 pounds, does not fit inside my large insulated backpack, the store is closed, or an item is unavailable and you do not want a substitute, this fee will apply for time and travel.

Note: I do not work in the rain, snow or dark to avoid damaging my bicycle, stay safe, and ensure your items arrive safe and fresh.

A professional and high-quality large insulated delivery backpack with chest and waist straps for support in the dimensions 16" L x 12" W x 18" H, and an insulated 6-cup drink carrier inside.

Delivery Instructions:
Please call, text, or email me to schedule a delivery. Be sure to include the correct pickup and dropoff location; any specific delivery instructions, such as hand it to you, or leave at the door; and any order numbers and names, keycodes, signature requests, or other important info needed to complete your delivery.

Payment Options:
All major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (coming soon), Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, COD (cash on delivery), Google Pay (coming soon), or Apple Pay (coming soon).

All payments are due before delivery except COD, which is due on delivery.
